LLUM
A group of speleologists wanders through the dark grottos of a Levantine cave where past, present and future intertwine in an intimate exploration of the meaning of culture and how the perception of it changes with the passage of time and education.
With a unique stage design and a tragicomic tone, LLum explores, through circus, dance, and theater, the intimate universe of three human beings. Descending to the center of the cave means entering a timeless space where our memories, doubts, prejudices, and familial, relational, and ancestral ties awaken.
What lurks in the darkness of our era? What fears do we share with the men and women of past times?
